You can also download the movie from NarutoFan.com if you have one of their AnimePlus memberships, and Naruto Central says it'll have it available for free download later this week. However, your best (and highest quality) free download option is Dattebayo Fansubs. The downside is Dattebayo uses torrents for downloads, so it may take a while as it's a 700 MB file.
